The Full Wedding Package
The Full Wedding Planning service is for couples who feel they need the full support and experience of a wedding planner. At the initial consultation, we will get to know your ideas and wishes for your wedding and any style you have in mind. We will then use our experience, contacts, creativity and planning skills to put all of this together to create the wedding of your dreams!
You will be in control every step of the way and we will tailor all services to your circumstances. Consultations and appointments will be made at your convenience with the best suppliers we feel are right for your wedding. By engaging a wedding planner, you get the best prices from suppliers and you will be able to enjoy the run up to your wedding.
We attend all necessary meetings to ensure continuity and we are in constant contact with suppliers to arrange all timings and organisational aspects of the day.
Similarly on the wedding day, we will be in attendance from start to finish to ensure the smooth running of the day and to oversee all of the arrangements.
Partial Wedding Planning
The Partial Wedding Planning service is for couples who may have already planned some aspects of their wedding but who feel they need some professional help.
You can contact us at any time throughout the planning of your wedding and after an initial consultation we can see what has been planned so far and help you with the remaining aspects.
We will recommend suppliers based on your vision and budget for the wedding and then arrange all necessary meetings.
For suppliers you have already booked, we will contact them to arrange all timings and organisational aspects of the day.
We will also be in attendance from start to finish on the day of your wedding to ensure the smooth running of the day and to oversee all of the arrangements.
On The Day Managment
On-the-Day Wedding Management is for couples who have everything planned and organised but feel they would like a professional there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Prior to the day of the wedding, we will contact all the suppliers to organise the timings of the day and create a ‘running order’.
We will also assist you with the styling and decor of the day. Creating floor plans, moodboards and ensuring everything will look exactly how you want it to.
We will meet with you in the lead up to the wedding and have a final meeting 2 weeks before the wedding to go over all the final details and timings.
We will also be in attendance from start to finish on the day of your wedding to ensure the smooth running of the day and to oversee all of the arrangements.
